I did try twice before, and yes, it collapsed. Followed the recipe the first time, so added 15min more in the second try. The cake came much better but collapsed also. My third attempt, decided to keep in the oven for 1h 15 min, leaving inside for at least 10 min more (oven off). Came out with a nice crust, collapsed a little this time. I have the"
