Loved this recipe! I think next time I might use a little less mushrooms and blend 1/2 of the soup before serving. It was FULL of mushrooms, but DELICIOUS!!!

I only had sweetened coconut, but this was a really tasty recipe!!! I made this for a group and everyone loved it and kept coming back for more. I want to make it again and try it with the unsweetened coconut.

This wasa fabulous recipe!!! The mint pesto is a great flavor combo. Made it for a large group and it got rave reviews. Can't wait to make it again! P.S. If you get good lamb it won't taste gamey.

Very good, except I add the spices to a 1/2 gallon of vanilla ice cream. It's a little too strong otherwise. And delicious served with coconut cake.

This recipe gets rave reviews every time I make it! It's so simple and tasty. I add some chopped red bell pepper to the dish and serve it over basmati rice. Not exactly like traditional masala, but yummy nonetheless!
