"Family favorite the kids request constantly. Easy to make and has a nice balanced flavor. Since the tortellini tends to break down easily, I cook it separately and add it to the base for 3 minutes, then it is ready to eat. I sprinkle freshly grated parmesan cheese on top prior to serving. "
