So I love the salmon cakes, but HATE to fry food. I turned it into a loaf and used 2 eggs to hold it together better. Used 1T Parmesan and 1/4 cup panko mixed with 1T melted butter to make a crumble topping. Baked it all at 350 for 40 minutes. Perfect!!! And so easy."

Just watched this recipe on TV, but it was "tuna tapenade." All the same ingredients, but add 2 cans of tuna. I'm all about it!! Gonna use the canned salmon in my cupboard that I don't know what to do with."

Added a cup of cooked quinoa (because I had it) and thought it needed one pack of stevia in the end. But it was delish! My 3 year old daughter, my husband, and my 14 year old brother all went back for seconds. Easy, healthy, and tasty... I will be making this instead of katsup style canned joes from now on."

Was trying to make them a little healthier, thinking that a stick of butter, a cup of sugar, and a cup of ricotta would make anything taste good. I used whole wheat white flour... I will not use it ever again, and will not try this recipe again. They tasted like a bland dense (but yes, moist) bran muffin. Just can't believe that regular flour ...

Was a little worried that some people had issues with the cooking time, especially because my husband had the job of bringing home the pumpkin... all 20 pounds of it. But I have made it 3 different ways now, and am ready to try it with other types of squash because they all turned out PERFECT!!!
