This was good chicken. Just a note, some people seem confused by the directions. I took the directions to mean that you season the chicken with the House Seasoning, not dip it in the salt. The soup was good but a little bland. After reading the other reviewers suggestions, I used 1 cup of beer instead of the whole bottle. I am glad I did because otherwise I think it would have overpowered the soup. I might add some extra seasoning if I make it again or stir in some sour cream. "

These were good but the recipe does not say that you need to use 1 cup all purpose flour and 1 cut cake flour. From what I gather, that would have made a difference in how fluffy these turned out to be. They were good but I would be interested to make them with the recommended ingredients.

It was OK. I found it to be very bland and had to add to it. I ended up sauteing garlic with EVOO and thyme. Then I added chicken broth. These additions really added a great flavor, without it no one in my family would have eaten more. "

I really liked this recipe but I did change it a bit. I used 1/2 of the butter and added other veggies and potatoes. I also didn't add the bullion cubes because I hardly cook with salt. I added some rosemary and thyme. Overall, it was really good and did not need all of that butter. ""
