"I was vy disappointed by this recipe. Mine came out watery and the pasta was revoltingly soft and textureless. The instructions should tell you to parboil the pasta before adding the crockpot--fully cooked pasta is totally unnecessary when putting this together.
But, even w/that amendment I was underwhelmed and would not make this again."

"On the episode, Claire specifically states that she bastes the turkey every hour, NOT every half hour. Shouldn't the recipes on here exactly replicate the directions given on the episodes?
It shouldn't be up to the viewers to notice the discrepancies; the WEBMASTER should. It just looks sloppy and unprofessional.
Reviewed Sausage Brioche Dressing
"This step in the recipe is written incorrectly and appears redundant: "In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the sausage and break it into pieces with a spoon. Cook until browned, then transfer it to the bowl with the brioche. Add the celery to the sausage drippings and cook until softened, about 4 to 5 minutes. Put the sausage into the brioche bowl."
You can't add the sausage to the brioche bowl twice! Obviously, the 2nd mention is for the celery.
However, on the episode, Claire clearly cooked the celery WITH the sausage, adding it just after the sausage began to brown.

"About to make this but nobody mentions how long to oven cook and why they leave out the Allspice? Is it just cause you don't like Allspice in general or a different reason, because I can see where it would add a lot to the glaze as it has a vy distinct flavor.

"so much about this is baffling: the fact that there are 7 pages of reviews, ALL of which are the same reviews. the fact that the fish in the episode is called "tilapia with GARLIC & lime" yet there's not only no mention in the recipe on this site, but i seem to be only person who noticed it.
no wonder so many people doctored the recipe from what is printed here. it's not what was prepared on the show.
