Reviewed Roasted, Smashed and Loaded Potatoes

This dish was amazing and I highly recommend it. I used a spatula in lieu of a potatomasher and it worked perfectly. I also highly recommend remembering the step to toss the potatoes in oil. I forgot and only drizzled the top. Thankfully my boyfriend had a field day picking at the crispy parts that would not come off the pan :-D"

This is one of the easiest dishes I have come accross that taste like it was something complicated. Great for a busy winter weeknight, though if your like me you end up craving this every other week.

Reviewed Grilled Romaine Salad with Blue Cheese

This salad was a amazing. The dressing is great though does solidify slightly in the fridge if you have it in there for more than a day or two. I kept it the side, which also helps if you want to have left overs to use for lunch the next day (toss the salad with leftover steak pieces and onions and you've got a great round 2 version.
