"I made this quiche for my family to use up leftover Christmas ham, and it turned out beautifully. I made it exactly as written without any substitions. Definitely use the gruyere, but it can be a bit pricy. Totally worth it. It is rich and creamy and now my go-to quiche recipe. Enjoy!
