"Very nice, simple and very tasty. Served with a salad, a nice bottle of wine...beautiful! Did however add capers and the Vermouth.
I consider myself a notch above the Hamburger Helper set. I've traveled quite a bit, and have delighted in the mysteries of Asian cuisine, mostly Indian, both north and south/Thai curries, and make mine from scratch.
In the past few trips to France, I have started dabbling in that style also, and enjoying that very much.
Overall, I think I am a semi-semi passable cook, no complaints yet!!
