What did I do wrong? I was so excited to make this recipe for a friend's "85th" birthday. I followed the recipe, but doubled it for a big crowd. It tasted great then, but by the time I opened the lid at the party, it just did not taste the same. The dressing separated and was watery. This meatloaf is the best we have ever had!!!! My husband and I both loved it! My husband does not usually like green pepper, but he admitted it was part of what made the meatloaf so tastey! This will be the meatloaf we have from now on! The sweet sauce on the top made a huge difference, also. I made extra to use when serving. Yum, yum, yum...

I made this tonight for supper and it turned out really good! I had to make a couple substitutions for items I did not have, but it was still enjoyed by both my husband and myself.
