Reviewed Baked Zucchini
"My husband loved this because the zucchini is cooked but not mushy. When I watched Sunny making this dish on TV, she used a lot more olive oil and panko crumbs than the recipe lists so I made it the way she did. Next time I'll cut back a little on the crumbs, but we will make this again many times. It's a winner and we're always looking for new ""
