This dish is AMAZING. BUT NOT AS IS. I defiantly agree with the other reviews, I used 5cups bread instead of 3cups, and also cut the sugar amount in both the sauce and pudding. I would really recommend using 1/2 the suggested amount, I myself have a HUGE sweet tooth but this is even way to much. ""

WOW JUST AMAZING! I first learned about rutabaga on the chopped show. And when I was watching foodnetworks "secrets of a restaurant chef" Anne made this rutabaga mashed. So i decided it sounded like an interesting try. It was SOOOO delicious! Rutabaga when cooked long enough is similar to a potato. I didn't have a foodmill and just used a potato masher...

I am not a tomato fan but this recipe is defiantly worth a try! I took crescent roll dough and wrapped up in it a small slice of cheddar cheese and a small slice of the tomato and baked it in the oven. mmmmm so delicious! "
