Reviewed Garlic and Cheese Popovers

The recipe as written will not produce light, fluffy tall popovers. Every recipe I have ever seen for popovers calls for greasing and preheating your muffin tin or popover pan PRIOR to filling. This allows steam to build up inside and cook the eggs. Mine come out of the over twice the depth of the cup and perfect every time. I adore you Giada but "
