"Wonderful dish! Prepared this as directed for a samll dinner party (along w the portuguese rice) * it was a huge hit! and so simple!! all work done ahead of time. The true test will be when i make for the in-law's,from Lisbon & Graciosa. Thank you Emeril, this is a fool-proof recipe that makes the novice seem gourmet. Has a kick, but not too hot that you can't taste the delicious flavor. Portuguese rolls are a must to soak up the gravy. "
