"Frank and Ina, thank you for sharing this recipe. I made it last night (X4) for a large dinner party. It was wonderful! I had to use thawed frozen peas but they worked great! The dish had great depth of flavor but retained a lightness that was perfect for a Florida summer dinner party."

"These were amazing! We have made them twice, once with the cheese (we used Dubliner cheese because we were going to an Irish themed party) and once without. Both were outstanding and a hit with guests! We served them on pretzel rolls. Also paired it once with Guinness onions (2 large onions, olive oil, pinch of thyme & cayenne and a bottle of Guin"
