"I made this last week and I loved it. It makes a mountain of soup, so I shared some with my mother. She loved it too! I added celery, since I had some in the refrigerator. I liked it so much I'm making another batch this afternoon.

"I read the reviews before I made this, so I didn't salt the fish, just the sauce. I thought it was fabulous, and so did my husband, mother and sister. It could not have been easier! Snapper is out of season, so I substituted grouper. I plan to serve this to guests."
