Tried this recipe for the first time. Delicious! I used cod fish instead of shrimp and scallop, because my boyfriend is not too fond of shrimp. First, I coated the cod in a flour mixture of onion powder, paprika, cayenne, salt and pepper. I pan fried the fish and set it aside.
