Reviewed Breakfast Casserole

I added a half onion and a shallot chopped to the grease from the sausage and sauteed until soft. Everything else I did by the recipe. I allowed to sit over night and then baked the next day. I believe the casserole could have been more moist and had more eggs. So if I make this recipe again I will add 3 more eggs and another 1/4 cup of half/h"
