Reviewed Brined, Herb Roasted Turkey

Did it last year for 2010 Thanksgiving and myself and my entire family said they never had a better tasting or moist turkey like this, Followed recipe to a T except left it in the brine probably 32 hours instead of the 24 but nonetheless it was fantastic and have the turkey thawing right now to go in the brine 24-32 hours before Thanksgiving Day ...
