Reviewed Grilled Flank Steak with Ginger Marinade

Well, I didn't have sesame oil on hand so I used Olive. I added a little soy sauce and red wine vinager. I also used about half as much ginger and garlic. I let it marinate for a couple of hours then I broiled it for about 8 min a side and let it sit for about 5 minutes. Very interesting flavor, my wife and 3 year old loved it!
