Dana, I believe the best way is to cook the turkey according to instructions and warm it up at around 300F half an hour before you serve it. I made this recipe last year for the first time and the turkey was ready at 1:30 pm. I left it covered outside the oven and warmed it up for around 30 minutes before serve at 5:30 pm. I made this recipe for Valentine's Day and my husband loved it.
