Reviewed Linguine with Avocado and Arugula Pesto
"This was the rare unsuccessful Giada recipe. I didn't think that the flavors worked well together at all. Really, the only part my family liked was the toasted almonds, which I may consider including in my regular basil pesto pasta.""
Reviewed Campanelle Pasta Salad
"Love this recipe -- super quick and easy!
I use rigatoni pasta instead of campanelle pasta. For one thing, I couldn't find campanelle at the grocery store the fisrt time I made the dish. The rigatoni serves a similar purpose in that the tuna and veggies do get stuck in the ridges and the tube of the pasta, making it super yummy.

"My favorite thing in the entire world!""
Reviewed Weeknight Bolognese
"I absolutely love this recipe! I don't measure salt, but I thought that the quantity Ina called for seemed a bit too much. I just used a small pinch, but I'm also not a huge fan of salt. Using a Rachael Ray tip, I added a 1/4 tsp of allspice to the sauce at the same time as the nutmeg. Such a fantastic dish!""
Reviewed Bruschetta with Shrimp, Tarragon and Arugula
"I thought that with the shrimp, the topping was too heavy for the bread. So I've reworked this in 2 different ways that have been delicious. I make the dish without the shrimp as a bruschetta or I pour the topping--shrimp included--over capellini pasta. I made it at Christmas and it was a huge crowd pleaser."
Reviewed Chicken Milanese with Tomato and Fennel Sauce
"Absoultely delicious and restaurant quality! My family can't get enough!"
Reviewed Penne in Almond Sauce
"I used ground turkey instead of chicken and it was delicous. This dish is even better the next day as leftovers."
Reviewed Fried Couscous Salad
"I hate sundried tomatoes, so I substituted roasted red peppers which gave the salad the chewy texture and somewhat sweet flavor that was needed. I also used mozerella cheese because I couldn't find ricotta salata, and I found that it went really well with the couscouse. The cucumbers are a great touch to this recipe!"
