"Fantastic! I used a 15lb frozen turkey,. stuffed it but did not roast it upside down as directed. I set it on a the rack of my roastin pas, rubbed the ourstide with lemon and brushed with melted butter. It loooked and tasted absolutely perfect. Definitely give this one try!
