Reviewed Butternut Squash Soup
"i had a sense that this was going to end up being too thin, but didn't follow my intuition! that being said, some folks like their soup thick while others like it on the thin side. one way around this would be to transfer the pureed squash to a different pot, then slowly add the reserved broth until you reach your desired consistency.
