"followed recipe...differences were no rosemary (husband doesn't like rosemary) used the amount of liquid called for but instead of half and half used light cream. lined a loaf pan with parchment paper , poured all the polenta in and let it set for the afternoon. thick slices, floured and fried. no mess. red pepper flakes just enough for a nice little kick. would definitely make it again but unless I was making it for a lot of people I would cut the recipe in half
