Reviewed Penne with Treviso and Goat Cheese

"This recipe sounded so good on paper. I read and reread the recipe and the only substitution I made was radicchio for the treviso. I love strong flavors but found the basalmic vinegar in the recipe was overpowering. I couldn't taste anything else. I even had fresh basil from the garden and that was wasted because of the overpowering flavor of basalmic vinegar. This was not an inexpensive dish to make. My family and I were all very disappointed.
