Reviewed Pot Roast

"I have never made nor eaten pot roast before...nor have I ever cooked with cream of mushroom soup...I was skeptical, but the roast turned out fantastic!!! The meat was melt-in-your-mouth amazing, and the mushroom soup turned into a velvety gravy sauce. My only criticism is that it was salty for my taste. Next time I'm going to omit salting the meat and the boullion and use reduced sodium mushroonm soup. Other than that, awesome recipe!
