"Excellent eggnog that turned my party guests who didn't like eggnog into eggnog lovers! I had 40 guests, made five times the recipe and had basically none left. I made the cooked version and even used pasteurized egg whites from the carton, which whip up like regular egg whites. One tip though if you're cooking: Wait to whip your egg whites until the cooked mixture is cool. Otherwise you'll have to whip them twice.
