Reviewed cauliflower steaks with kalamata olive and red pepper tapenade

The BEST meal we've eaten in a LONG time! My husband is a complete carnivoire who would eat a steak every night if he could. The olive tapenade was sooo flavorful but I only used about half the olive oil. The "steak" hit all the right notes and satisfied like meat. This is a definate "keeper" recipe.
