Reviewed Meatloaf with Mustard and Sour Cream Gravy
"I watched her show -- my husband and I knew exactly what we wanted for dinner.
This Meatloaf--the gravy is soo good.. along with her Twice-Baked Potatoes, and her Braised Collard Greens. Remember with the meatloaf, you can go very easy on the salt. The bacon adds salt flavor, and the gravy is very good!""

"TOO SALTY--NO ! READ THIS, AND ALSO TIPS:
For those that mentioned "too salty". It really is not. The house seasoning--look closely at the recipe, you are making "a lot" of house seasoning and only using 1 1/2 teaspoons. Wonder if you used more that a little teaspoon? I almost did. Also, just use 3 beef cubes.
I added carrots--wrap some carrots in foil--poke some holes in the foil so only a little juice can go into the foil pack. (that way the carrots are not soaked in juice and will not taste just like roast, they will taste like "carrots". Put carrots in for the last 1 1/2 to 2 hrs.
This recipe is so much better than when roast is made with onion soup mix!
