Reviewed Banana Bread

This is a wonderful recipe, although I tweaked it a bit. I ended up up using:
-3 large bananas,
-whole wheat white all-purpose flour instead of cake flour,
-2% fage plain greek yogurt instead of sour cream,
-and I added a tsp of cinnamon.
My only issue was that while it was in the oven, it increased...
