This is a great recipe. I had no problem making it. The sauce came out just right; I drained off the fat. I thought it was better on the second day tho. The only thing that would have made it better would be mushrooms; wish I'd thought of it the first time, but there will be a second time. Thanks, Giada.

I haven't made this yet, but based on others comments, feel it will be a 5 star recipe. To babyglock911: I plan to use Hershey's Candy Kisses for the top of the hat and will not need to make a cone out of the cake---much easier and will be just as cute.
