"As it currently is, I wouldn't call it a "casserole." I would rename it broccoli stuffing. We made it this way, and then we made it again and modified it slightly: add an extra can of cream of mushroom soup, because with only one can it's just too dry. Also: decrease the amount of cheese on top. Next time I make it, I also plan to add 1/2 of a large onion, chopped.
Otherwise...quick easy recipe, good for potlucks at work.
