Made this dish (with a few alterations) and LOVED it! I used cod instead of halibut, and it was great!! Also, I substituted fat-free ricotta in the puree, and it still tasted amazing! This is delicious!!!! I made it as a salad for dinner (added extra lettuce, tomatoes, onions) and it was perfect. I also made it a second night, using white beans instead of the lamb, and it was equally delicious! Highly recommend this as a "go-to" easy recipe.
