Reviewed Broiled Halibut with Ricotta-Pea Puree
"Made this dish (with a few alterations) and LOVED it! I used cod instead of halibut, and it was great!! Also, I substituted fat-free ricotta in the puree, and it still tasted amazing! One last addition- I felt like the dish needed some extra vegetables, so I added brussel sprouts (I happened to have them in the fridge) and they were a surprisingly great addition! Overall, this was an extremely simple, fast, delicious dinner!!!
Reviewed Greek Layered Dip With Pita Chips
"This is delicious!!!! I made it as a salad for dinner (added extra lettuce, tomatoes, onions) and it was perfect. I also made it a second night, using white beans instead of the lamb, and it was equally delicious! Highly recommend this as a "go-to" easy recipe.
