"I have used this recipe for several years now and my guests always leave with the recipe. I do DRAIN the bacon fat however. Depending on my guest list, sometimes I use only half the hot pepper sauce and half the brown sugar. I myself prefer all of the hot pepper sauce and all of the brown sugar. Awesome recipe.
