"Simply delicious. What a great flavor, and it was no hassle to make at all. At the end, I did not use a food mill, but rather a stainless wire strainer and a spatula... just pushed the soup through. This was the best part... instead of tossing the dry pulp left over, I threw it in my food processor and pureed it. I added some pecorino romano ch""
