Reviewed Sigrid's Carrot Cake

Made this for my sister's birthday and she and everyone loved it. For me, the cake was too heavy (from all the oil). I will cut oil to 1/4 C and add 1/4 C water and 1/2 C sour cream--see how it tastes. The frosting was delicious, will add to my "repetoire" of home-made frostings. Love you Ree, have both your cook books :-D"
