"This is the first review that I have written for a Foodnetwork recipe and I have 68 delicious ones in My Recipe Box. This Apple Crumble is the most scrumptious dessert I have ever made, and it was easy to prepare, to boot! I have to say that I did not even make the Cardamom Vanilla Caramel Sauce because I felt that it would be "gilding the lily!" Even after cooking, the lemon juice and zest is a very noticeable flavor in the apple mixture. It's a perfect blend of flavors.
