Great recipe and really easy to make! I didn't have chicken broth, so I just cooked the rice in water and added a little salt and about a teaspoon of fresh lemon juice to the end product. This was SO delicious and simple to make. It tasted great and looked very professional! I cut the recipe in half and baked the salmon in the oven at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes for a thin piece and 19 minutes for a thicker piece. It was perfect. I'll definitely make this again!"
