My Activity

Reviewed Penne a La Vodka Casserole

"This was awesome! It made enough for a casserole for a friend and a smaller one for my family. I subbed half and half and added the basil at the end. So easy. Highly recommended!!!""

Reviewed Italian Chicken and Dumplings

"I love this! Don't miss toasting the gnocchi with butter and lemon--it adds a fantastic layer of flavor."

Reviewed Swedish Meatballs

"This is a family go-to. Everyone loves it, and I lighten it up by using all ground lean turkey. Quick, HEALTHY, and yummy over whole wheat egg noodles."

Reviewed Blueberry Crisp

"It's pretty hard to go wrong with a blueberry crisp, so don't get me wrong--this wasn't bad! However, I felt it was way too sweet. I would cut down the sugar at least in half unless you like things candy-sweet. Also, I switched it up to almonds instead of pecans--yum!"

Reviewed Peach Ice Cream

"My husband and I loved this recipe! The base was delicious, and as long as you cut the peaches really small, you're good to go. One thing to note: it doesn't take nearly 4 hours if you have the small Cuisinart ice cream maker. Maybe 15-20 on the front end, then 30-40 in the machine. I would definitely recommend this!
