Reviewed Old Fashioned Glazed Ham

This turned out wonderfully! Everyone commented on the wonderful taste of the mustard glaze!

Changes I made: I scored the ham into 1" diamonds, used Penzey's Bavarian Seasoning (was out of thyme, used Splenda Brown Sugar, and 20 minutes before the end, I mixed a jar of Smuckers pineapple ice cream topping (couldn't find preserves)...

Reviewed Baked French Toast Casserole with Maple Syrup

Wonderful! Made it for Christmas/husband's birthday and french toast is his favorite! Everyone loved it and it was moist, not soggy, even though it only had 8-9 hours soak time in the refrigerator. And no one even touched the syrup, it was sweet enough on its own!

Changes I made: omitted pralines (nut allergies), substituted...
