Reviewed Cedar Plank Salmon With Maple-Ginger Glaze

"Excellent. Try this, you'll love it. Seriously! Very easy, quick and everyone raved!. I used this on top of Tilapia. Fabulous!! I buy fresh ginger and keep it in the freezer, then grate or chop it, as needed. I didn't cook it seven minutes. Yummy, yummy. "

Reviewed Pecan Pie

"Outstanding! Presents very well. Each slice was solid, yet moist. You'll be proud to serve this pie. The flavor...ummmmmmMMMMM. Delicious. I used my own pie crust recipe and added only 1 1/2 cups pecans, per reviewers suggestions. No bourbon, so addeed whiskey. Crust didn't need to be covered. 40 min. was plenty of baking time, 45 would have been too long. Pie was dark looking cause I used dark brown sugar, but was beautiful and luscious. I'm not even going to bother trying any other recipes and I'm a huge pecan pie person!
