Excellent. Try this, you'll love it. Seriously! Very easy, quick and everyone raved!. I used this on top of Tilapia. Fabulous!! I buy fresh ginger and keep it in the freezer, then grate or chop it, as needed. I didn't cook it seven minutes. Yummy, yummy. "
