Reviewed Smoky Chicken and Cider
"I followed the recipe exactly and have to say this is the first time I have not cared for a "Rachael Recipe". It was very easy to make...but my chicken was a little tough, the potatoes were not quite done, and the overall taste was bland. I have been cooking for over 50 years, so I am sure I did everything correctly! I thought it sounded so good "
"I just finished making this salad and it is awesome right now....I know it will be so much better after sitting a while. My only changes were that I had to use red grape tomatoes, and make it a tad bit sweeter for our tastes.....this is a definite keeper and than you, Kelsey."
Reviewed Pizza Bianca with Kale and Meatballs
"Awesome and then some! We loved every bite and I have to admit I used HEB's frozen turkey Italian meatballs. I will do this for company just so I can wow them!"
Reviewed Chaussons aux Pommes
"Soooo good and soooo easy to do! I only changed the raisins to dried cranberries and added a bit more sugar for those. They were wonderful! We need a new Laura show, Cooking Channel!"
"Just finished dinner and wanted to say that this was very quick and easy and absolutely divine! That said, I really couldn't taste the apples and may add another next time. Thanks to Rachael!!"
Reviewed Bangers and Mash
"I will never make mashed potatoes any other way again! I cannot express how good this was. I, too served this with an onion gravy, which I highly recommend.....fabulous meal!"
Reviewed Pate Baguette Sandwich
"Used a liver pate spread rather thick.....yummy!!"
Reviewed Skillet Bacon Mac and Cheese
"Just took this out of the oven a bit ago....let it set a few minutes, put a tiny amount into a bowl, added bacon and tasted. WOW. I hope there will be some left to share with others for dinner! Thanks, Kelsey!"
