I followed the recipe exactly and have to say this is the first time I have not cared for a "Rachael Recipe". It was very easy to make...but my chicken was a little tough, the potatoes were not quite done, and the overall taste was bland. I have been cooking for over 50 years, so I am sure I did everything correctly! I thought it sounded so good "

I usually love Giada's recipes....but not this one. I thought the lemon made the cream taste sour....I even checked the date on my heavy cream! It is good for two more weeks so that wasn't it. Looking at other recipes, I don't see any that use lemon. This is the only bad experience I have had with Giada."
