DELISH!"

Reviewed Parmesan-Crusted Pork Loin Cutlets

Reviewed Broccoli and Cheese Smashed Potatoes

"Pretty good... But mine are GREEN. I'm thinking I might have overcooked the broccoli and it blended in a bit too well."

Reviewed Cheesy Squash Casserole

"I adapted this a bit to make it a dinner rather than just a side dish...

I added 1lb browned ground turkey, upped the cheddar to 2 cups, sour cream to 1 cup, and added 2 eggs. I stretched it to make 8 servings rather than 6...

Even my 3 year old LOVED it!"
