Reviewed Mustard-Roasted Fish
"I don't understand what I did wrong!!! I'm far from being a novice cook, this is such a simple recipe, and there were tons of excellent reviews, but I ended up throwing this out. The only thing I did different was to use sour cream instead of creme fraiche, but I thought they were pretty interchangeable. The sauce was very thick (just sat on top of the fish like frosting on a cake) and it was quite flavorless. I love Ina and this was the first I her recipes I've tried that wasn't a complete success. Any suggestions?
"Don't just sit there...get up and make this stoup!!! It's great. There's a bit of chopping, but that's just the way it is. I prefer to roast bone-in chicken breasts and shred them to use in most every recipe that calls for chicken. I had a bowl just as soon as it was finished and it was great...but it was even better the next day. I also used red and blue tortilla strips which are a little easier to handle than crushing full-sized chips. Yummy and perfect for cool fall evenings.
