"I had never made Coconut Shrimp before, and since I was planning on making it Christmas Day as an appetizer, I searched for an easy recipe that seemed like it would be excellent...as I believe that complicated recipies with exotic ingredients have more of a chance not to turn out. I read the reviews, and bought the Asian Chili Sauce, as I had everything else. IT TURNED OUT GREAT & so did the dipping sauce! In some of the other coconut shrimp reviews, there were complaints that the coconut didn't stay on during cooking, and that was not the case here, plus I really like the crunchy panko bread crumbs that this recipie calls for. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
