Reviewed Roasted Butternut Squash

I had to allow more cooking time but I also reduced the temp to 375 so I could cook acorn squash at the same time, I used diet margarine and diet brown sugar. It was yummy. After the first use, I smashed the remainder, added 1 egg, some bread crumbs and a little more seasoning and baked in a caserole dish. It just gets sweeter!
