Reviewed Chicken and Broccoli Stir-fry

"This is a GREAT recipe!!! I recently bought a carbon steel wok and have been experimenting with lots of asian recipes. I have tried the Neely's version, which is good, but decided to make the Food network Kitchens' version today. When cooking Asian recipes, I always use authentic ingredients.....so I used Shao Hsing rice wine for the dry sherry an""

Reviewed Fresh Peach Cake

"I don't know why some people had problems, for example the cake taking a long time to bake. Mine baked in exactly 45 minutes. I finally made these pork chops after having the recipe for months and it was delicious!!!! As another reviewer stated, the rub needed a little more salt to bring out the taste more. Other than that, I followed the recipe exactly. This is"

Reviewed Extra-Rich Strawberry Ice Cream

"Very good ice cream! This will now be my "go to" recipe for strawberry ice cream. A trick (thanks to Americas Test Kitchen to prevent the fruit from crystalizing in any fruit ice cream is to cook the fruit with 1/4 cup sugar over medium high heat for 5 minutes, cool, then press the berries through a strainer to extract the liquid. Add the liquid t"
