Great snickerdoodle -- light with nice crispy edge. Yes, as other reviewers have said add 1 tsp. vanilla. Also I used two LARGE eggs (not medium -- because I don't buy medium eggs ;) ) and that's fine. I baked at 375 -- because 400 just seemed like it would burn in my oven and they turned out great (9 minutes a little softer, 10 minutes a litt"
