Very happy with this. We made a couple of modifications to our liking. Substituted all purpose flour and 3/4 tsp salt and one small packet of instant rapid rise yeast for the self rising flour. Reduced the recipe sugar to 1/4 cup and then substituted clover honey in its place. (The honey complemented the full bodied dark ale we used.) Also added...
